When do you ship?
We offer flower deliveries every day of the week, most days of the year.
We reserve the right to contact recipients to confirm time and place. If it is desired that the shipment be a surprise and that we do not contact the recipients, the sender must have ensured that someone will be there to receive the shipment or give permission for the shipment to be left behind.
Deliveries in the capital area are divided into three slots on weekdays but they're from 10am-1pm, from 1pm-4pm (1pm-3pm on Fridays) and from 5pm-8pm. On Saturdays and Sundays we deliver from 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm and from 4pm-7pm. We do our best to deliver in the timeslot that is chosen. If the recipient is someone else than the sender and the chosen time doesn't suit him then we'll of course find another time. Likewise, if these timeslots are not suitable or a more precise time of delivery is requested, please get in touch and we'll try to accommodate the wish.
Deliveries to the Southern Penisula and South Iceland (urban areas) can usually go twice a day on weekdays.
How does sending flowers to a church funeral work?
The order process is the same as for other flower deliveries.
You choose the flowers/arrangements you want to deliver and add to your cart.
In the cart you choose the day the funeral takes place and the timeslot that fits best so that the flowers will arrive around 2 hours before the funeral takes place.
In recipients information you insert the name of the deceased as ,,first name and last name''. In ,,address'' you insert the name of the church and make sure to insert the correct postal code of the church so that the delivery cost is calculated correctly.
Is it possible to send flowers to Landspitali (the National Hospital)?
The rules regarding this have become stricter and now it's fully prohibited to bring flowers to the National Hospital in Fossvogur.
Possibly it's still allowed to bring flowers to some departments of the National Hospital in Hringbraut.
If you are in doubt, it would be good if you would contact the relevant department and check what the rules are.
Do you contact the recipient or can I have the delivery as a surprise?
We reserve the right to contact recipients to confirm time and place. If it is desired that the shipment be a surprise and that we do not contact the recipients, the sender must have ensured that someone will be there to receive the shipment or give permission for the shipment to be left behind.

Deliveries can be ordered at least 30 minutes before the chosen delivery slot.

Why are so many bouquets/flowers sold out?
We use a special inventory system to keep track of which flowers we have in stock at any given time. If a certain flower is sold out in the system, all bouquets containing that flower will automatically be sold out. We do this to try to ensure that the final result will be as close to the model as possible. There are so many beautiful and different flowers in the world that it is impossible for us to have all types in stock at all times, which is why often a lot is sold out on the site. However, we are always trying to simplify and improve the selection at the same time so that you can buy as many bouquets as possible at any given time. If you only want to see the bouquets that are in stock, you can click on ''FILTER'' and check ''In stock'' and then only the bouquets that we have in stock will be displayed.
